"Check in was very easy and smooth. We asked for the top floor and it was granted! We asked for a late check out. And it was granted!! Handicap parking was very convenient to the entryway lobby. Valet was available, but we didnt utilize. "

Some issues with electronics and utilities, like the shower, air conditioning, and fireplace to name a few. Would come back again if the price is right "

"Stayed in the Ivory tower a few small things. Didn't like that there wasn't a fan in the bathroom, there was scum around the bathroom sink faucet. No refrigerator, no microwave, just a mini bar. Other than that everything was great"

"Great experience in terms of the stay! The sofa bed could use an update! Also the front desk gave us incorrect information that the first hour of self parking at the Aria was free when it isn’t and so we ended up having to pay $23 for parking. It looks like they changed that for a while now. Thankfully the valet was free and included in the booking but that wasn’t clearly written. So for anyone else booking for this hotel the valet parking is free but not the self parking! Otherwise the hotel...

"It’s says on hotel.com that my room will be facing the strip and Eiffel tower but when I arrive there it’s on the back and facing an old building and a roof.and I was told at the lobby that it was their new remodeled room.the AC is not good.we don’t get enough bath towel either."
