"The hotel is all very clean and modern. Our room was gorgeous and very well appointed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The only thing we didn't love was the location but it's very handy for the main train station (Atocha) and the metro is easily accessible so it's not a problem. Thanks again to all the staff!"

"This hotel is located right across the street from the four seasons hotel. Hotel Regina, in my opinion was better than the four seasons hotel in service, amenities and location. Our room even had a flat iron for my hair. We were greeted with cold water upon arrival and had a free cocktail in the bar after check-in. This hotel is located in the center of town. A short walk plaza del Sol or plaza mayor. Lots of great people watching available on the small streets nearby."

"We were only there for one night prior to flying home. We arrived over an hour and a half before check-in, and the young lady on the desk rushed through so we could check in ten minutes later. We were both exhausted so it was much appreciated. We had a late lunch in the restaurant. The food was good, and the staff polite and welcoming."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is not central, but it was perfect for our short trip to Madrid, with easy access to the airport. The room itself featured a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, however, one staff member at breakfast seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Despite this, the breakfast buffet itself offered a good variety."
