This is NOT a Ritz/Four Seasons (although sometimes they're the same price) but it was STILL an amazing trip. Travel agent booked the stay before i read other reviews, and I was a little worried headed there Food was between GOOD and WOW. Best food in any all inclusive - good enough people would PAY to eat at the restaurants. Even the 'default' buffet dinner restaurant was outstanding. Service CAN NOT BE BEAT. It's as good or better than a Ritz level place. Drinks/bars are good - upgrade to ROYAL level for better liquors. stay away from the worst tequila in the world or ask for top shelf tequila at Royal places. Annoying way to reserve/save the lounges/daybeds/palapas at the pool and beach. I wish Barcelo would apply their NOT HERE FOR 2 HOURS WE MOVE YOUR STUFF rule. People reserve them at 2/4/6am and then don't come down again till 10 or 11 or noon. I guess it's better than paying for them though (maybe) Amazing trip, amazing people, amazing service, good to really good food, good drinks (really good with Royal). If we go back to Aruba, no doubt we'll head to Barcelo"

"Loved the staff on iguana beach. They ensured the guests were treated as valued visitors and always added a personal touch with friendliness and professionalism. Your check-in process needs to be improved. Stood on line for over 45 minutes before attended. Need to take a page from Puerto Rico where all hotel employees always greet passing guests with good morning/afternoon/evening. I had to initiate the greetings. "

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was reasonably priced, but was consistently served lukewarm. There was also a lot of construction going on around the property and many roads were subsequently closed. (There was lots of construction going on all over Eagle Beach). This was our second visit to the property and we will surely return again."

"Very friendly staff: cleaning crew, maintenance, servers. The cleaning crew doesn’t start until almost 10 which is great because u can sleep in and relax. There was a small issue with check in but the staff prompletely addressed it and offered something in return. Definitely would recommend this resort. Also very clean "

"We loved the welcoming staff at the Radisson Blue Hotel. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was actually a suite with a living room and kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher. Our private patio looked out over the beach and palm trees to beautiful sunsets. Our hotel was in a great walkable area near beaches restaurants and activities. I highly recommend Radisson Blue!"
