"Have stayed here previously and overall it’s a good hotel. The room was fairly comfortable would say the bed is a bit hard for my liking. But the room and bathroom a good size. The breakfast is excellent. The negatives. The slot in the room that the card went in to give the room power hummed constantly. Did complain to reception but not sure if they did look at it. But at night it was annoying. Then the room we had was positioned above an extractor fan. This was turned on at 6 am every morning...

"The staff at this property are a credit to the hotel - the stay was definitely made perfect by their hard work, attention to detail and willingness to try to make anything happen for you. The Flamingo restaurant was much the same - one night, it was full - but the staff recognised us as Hotel guests, and managed to get us in. It is modern, very conveniently positioned and well maintained - would most definitely recommend. The only one tiny fault here is the toilet in reception - it sometimes...

"Ho avuto davvero un permanenza piacevole. Il personale molto friendly, assicurarsi per ogni dettaglio o esigenza. L’unica cosa che non ho capito per il personale addetti alla pulizia delle camere, anche se ho messo il cartello “ Don’t disturb” sulla porta, loro hanno continuato a pulire. Comunque è un posto molto carino, due passi dal mare e lo consiglierei vivamente. A presto 😊"

"The hotel itself and the staff are fabulous. The problem was with the air conditioner. It never got the room under 26 degrees celc. Which was extremely uncomfortable. I kept calling and going down to the front desk and they said they would fix it but it never worked so we left a day early and found another hotel. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was nice. Everything super clean. Rooms nice. Beds comfy. Big shower. Lots of shopping around. Just dont count on the air to be working. "
