"Delightful property on the river. One can put in a kayak right from the deck. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are redone in retro, making them fun and memorable, but are modern as far as facilities go. The couple that manages the property is friendly and helpful and can provide pointers about restaurants, culture and entertainment in the area. "

"My husband and I needed a place to stay while driving from Chicago, IL to Fort Worth, TX, and I am happy with my choice. Overall room was good, although the pillows were a little flat. Bathroom was clean, and brrakfast was great. What stood out was the staff that checked us in super late at night when we got in around midnight. Super friendly, and easy check in. "
