"Everything was really good, people were friendly and did their jobs well. Only issue was the driveway to the parking lot in the rear was in pretty rough shape. I number of pretty nasty potholes that could take out your alignment. Aside from that, it was great!"

"The property manager and staff members were extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. A handicap accessible room was not available at the time of booking and we hoped a regular room would have sufficient features for our elderly parent. Upon arrival it was apparent that our parent would have difficulty. The management was very responsive and was able to quickly arrange an appropriate alternative. We were most grateful and had a wonderful stay with Comfort Inn & Suites, Montpelier-Berlin, VT....

"This was on a family trip after burying our mother. We were the ONLY ones staying, yet they wouldn't give us the cabin with wi fi. The old lock locked us out late at night and it took 30 minutes for them to help us. When I complained, they kicked us out and called the police who had us drive away in the middle of the night with an 11 yr old. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, but in our room the front door weather stripping was shot and cold air came in at a good pace, and the heating system had trouble keeping up. Water was hot with decent pressure and towels were adequate. Decent breakfast set up."
