"The staff was very prompt and professional, especially the front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and it’s very quiet, which I enjoyed. There are lots of transportation options around. The hotel is very affordable too. "

"It an apartment building, it has security 24 hours, rooftop, gym, laundry in the building, vegan cafe and coffee shop on the first floor. Area is close to everything, the highest Uber ride was 7$. The apartment has dishes, fridge, microwave, stove . Supermarket 24 hours around the corner. The management office is on the building . People are very nice "

"I recommend to improve ventilaton in the air chamber which connect to all indoor rooms. It is closed on top and does not permit hot air circulates. I propose to lift roof on columns to allow air circulates. Thanks."

"Well, I spent 2 nights. 1- bed was horrible. It was like sleeping in a sofa-bed type of mattress, thin. 2- Hot water wasn’t constant… 3- No AC, even tho it was a 18th floor… the only ventilation was if you open the windows (2 small ones) which was okay at night but you can hear all the noise and honking noise all night and morning 4- The toilet was clogged and there was no overnight service to attend the situation. Would I stay there again? No"

"This is a nightmare hotel. They dont have confortable mattreses, no hot water in the mornings, towels literaly ripped and stained. The staff are a gang of rude venezuelan people. You have just 10 min to take the breakfast, because they dont have enough tables for all guest. You better pay a little bit more and you get something confortable for your stay."

"I've stayed at this property multiple times and it's been good-great reach trip to Bogota. However this trip there is a noticable drop in the hotel standards. Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case. So now aside from the clubs you have loud guests. If you're looking for a quiet night this is not the place. Staff is amazing, great Wifi coverage and safe. Just noise levels are not...

There is a convenience store next to it (or I think it is a small coffee shop or bakery).
