Grand Strand Scuba Diving Vacations

The room we had had part of a dead bird on the balcony. The bathroom door had black handprints above it. The kitchen sink had a warped board underneath it. We asked to be moved to a different room and the night manager would not accommodate us. They ran the taxes and deposit incorrectly as a third party charge at check in and we had to provide our card again for them to run it correctly. We used to love to stay here and have recommended the property before but we won’t again.

Booked villa off hotels.com. The pictures and descriptions didn’t match what we booked. Case in point walk in shower, balcony, open airy with a garage. The front attendant kept telling me that you book the room not the pictures. Well you go off of the pictures to see what you’d like to rent. If that’s the case change the pictures and reword the description because the room description does say it is supposed to have a patio or balcony. And then he preceded to inform me that none of the one bedroom villas nor the two bedrooms have a walk in shower. It was very frustrating. They did end up changing our room to a 2 bedroom lower level apartment. No balcony or patio. Not sure if we’ll be back. Needs a little TLC and updating. The bathrooms especially need some help. Grout and wear. Not pretty.

Amazing was a great expeirjxe. I will be back

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and there were lots of amenities including a poolside bar. I highly recommend the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean 22 to anyone looking for an upscale beachfront hotel.
