The spa facilities are fantastic and the gym is well equipped. Unfortunately the service is not quite there yet. I had asked the hotel to contact me regarding a tea ceremony and I was informed that they had no way to contact an international phone number. In the end I was not concerned about the ceremony but more about how they would contact me if there was an emergency as I’ve never come across this issue before. I asked if they were equipped to contact me via WhatsApp and the response was ‘no’. Overall, nice place to stay.
