Can find a better hotel with sane price

Unfortunately, our stay at this all-inclusive resort was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard we expected. The food was not good at all and was very basic. The selection was limited and seemed almost exactly the same every day. Overall, the food was below the standard I would expect from an all-inclusive resort. The pool area was poorly designed and lacked basic facilities. Like nowhere to put your drinks, phones or personal belongings. Everything had to be left on the floor. There was also no convenient place to put things when getting in and out of the pool. This was very inconvenient. The drinks were honestly the worst I have ever tasted at an all-inclusive resort. The quality was extremely poor! The resort is advertised as being on the beach, but there is nothing specifically provided for the resort’s guests on the beach. The beach is public, and if you want a sunbed, you have to pay extra. This was very misleading and disappointing for an all-inclusive holiday. The room was very basic and certainly did not feel like the standard we expected. There were cracks in the walls and the blinds were ripped, which made the room feel poorly maintained. One of the most frustrating thing was the towel policy. If your pool towel became wet, you could not exchange it for a clean, dry one until after 5pm. This is completely impractical for an all-inclusive resort. Nothing was delivered to the room. When we requested something, we were simply told to go a get it !!

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They upgraded our room as it was our honeymoon. Will definitely be returning in the future

We booked 3 rooms there was a delay on the bf order day rooms were not ready until 1630 and the rooms we had requested and confirmed by email were not allocated this was disappointing due to the group wanting to be close together . Management sorted 2 rooms together and the other In The same block . Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice all restarebt and pool areas were lovely and very calming. Hotel was clean and well maintained and staff were very professional . We would definatley stay again. The hotel is not in walking distance of Marbella we caught taxi when we went out. We did not use the beach club or spa however it did look nice .

We loved the hotel. Great location. Cool rooftop bar and pool with nice view over the harbor. We walked from the bus station to the hotel. The main street that everyone wants to go to is just across the street from the hotel. The breakfast is amazing and the breakfast room has a nice view. If I travel to Malaga again I will stay here again.

The staff was extremely helpful. My flight was 26 hours delayed because of an engine problem and the hotel staff responded immediately to all ow my partner who arrived on a different flight to allow her instead of me to check in. They also allowed my son who arrived the next morning to take a shower. So helpful and generous

On arrival, airport conditioning and elevator were not working. As a 64 year old with arthritic ankles, I had to drag my heavy suitcase up 3 floors to my room. Air con was broken all night (as was elevator) so I sweated all night and got little sleep. Went out in morning (walking down and up stairs still to/from breakfast - great breakfast btw). Returned in the evening to be told it was fixed. But not in my room! Rude staff member insisted it was my fault for 'playing' with controls. It was eventually fixed but both AC and elevator were not working for short periods throughout my 7 day stay. In my room, one rail over the safe to hang clothes but NO cupboard space, so had to live out of a suitcase. Gap at bottom of bed so small it was necessary to climb over the bed to get to a mirror on the other side. Breakfast good. Most staff friendly except the guy I mentioned earlier. Clean and modern. Coffee in lobby from a machine but not in room. Fridge but full of stuff they want to sell you at high prices. Pool and solarium are great, despite what I have read in other reviews. Noise was not an issue for me, again despite other reviews, although I was at the back of the hotel - I can imagine that front of hotel is pretty noisy. Last moan - and I am disgusted by this: the first night, when I had to bake in the heat and couldn't use the elevator, I had a bottle of water from the fridge. They refused to let me have this for free as some sort of apology and charged me for it at the end!
