(1,004 reviews) Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. We did notify the senior hotel staff members but in the end, it didn't appear things changed with the waitress. She made excuses that it was due to the larger reserved area for a party taking up all of her time. We did notify the supervisor to let him know she needed help but it appeared that didn't happen and we were just offered free drinks from the bar but we declined because we don't drink alcohol.
