The room was spotless, and I really liked the location—it was convenient and easy to get around. Unfortunately, the valet experience wasn’t great. It felt like some guests were being helped before others, and I ended up waiting until last to be assisted. I was also disappointed to find that the linens weren’t as clean as I expected, with a few noticeable soiled spots. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and its location, but the valet service and linen cleanliness could definitely be improved.

The hotel was very modern, beds are very comfy - not crazy about all the mirrors and the extensive lighting options - Sometimes, you just want to be able to turn on and off lights! But, overall, beautiful hotel, located in the prime area of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and the water. The staff were very friendly and the valet staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs.

The staff was very pleasant & helpful. While food amenities aren’t offered, there are many restaurants, a grocery store & pharmacy within walking distance. Because we stayed the weekend before our cruise, they also allowed us to store our luggage there the morning we returned until we caught an 11pm flight so that we could explore the city. So thankful! The rooftop has a great view of the Space Needle, Elliott Bay & more! We will definitely stay here again when we find ourselves back in Seattle! Highly recommend you do, too!
