Great location spacious clean rooms! Mattress were showing there age a bit but the hotel iitself was very well maintained and the staff is great!!

My sisters and I stayed here on our annual sisters’ trip. It could not have been better! We enjoyed the lovely grounds, historic rooms, home made breakfasts, and bikes. It was perfectly located with easy walkability to town (but not in the thick of it), bike-able to the beach, and wonderfully quiet. The staff was the perfect level of attentive. Honestly I can’t think of anything that could have been improved! Highly recommend booking your stay here.

Please be aware that there is $38.15 “amenity fee” charge PER DAY in addition to the hotel room rate you pay. Some of their amenities include free local phone calls, tea and coffee, not in your room, but in a lobby of the floor, access to their restaurant terrace, and discount for things to do outside the hotel that I assume a lot of people would not use. Their website says this amenity fee charge will be credited at their on-site restaurant. This means that you have to spend $38.15 at their on-site restaurant in order for the hotel to waive their additional daily charge. To me it forces you to eat or drink at their own restaurant. However, it is a great location.
