Food was lovely, staff incredibly friendly & our only reservation when booking was the possible cost of taxis to Marrakech but the hotel offers a free shuttle to & from at several times a day - this was such bonus, always punctual & so handy! Pool was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay, usually stay in the Medina, but a relief to escape to cleaner air!

1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.

If you dont have a car, dont stay here! its easily 20 mins to get anywhere and taxis are expensive even if you haggle. the rooms dont look exactly like pictures on Expedia but the property is beautiful and I am grateful they were able to help me alter my booking without any fuss.

If you are looking for beautiful rooms, excellent staff, no need to rush to get your towel on a sun bed and peace and quiet then this is the hotel to stay in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were so friendly and helpful. The sun beds are very comfortable. The pool has three different depths so good for a cooling dip. Relaxing around the pool is just that, total relaxation. We loved the breakfast on the table outside our room. Evening meals were delicious. We had read reviews about noise in the evening. The noises we heard were birds to wake you up and frogs at night until our final evening. There are a few big hotels in the area - not really close. We did hear music and noise until 11pm during our last night. It was quite noticeable but probably as it had been so quiet throughout our whole stay up to this point. Other travellers had mentioned the road to the hotel which is worth being aware of. When the taxi turns off the main road and takes a dirt track for 5 mins or so through an area you would not expect a 5* hotel to be, do not be alarmed. No kettle in the room seems a strange thing when everything else is pretty much perfect. Fantastic stay and very highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with huge rooms (three of us in a two bed apt). Gorgeous high ceilings and a large balcony. Kitchen and large living / dining area with lovely decor. 4 stars for cleanliness as a bit dusty but def 5 stars for the size, layout, comfy beds etc. Staff were superb and couldn't do enough for us. Really friendly and helpful. Hotel was about 20-30 mins outside (north west direction) from the Medina which made for a very relaxing stay away from the madness of the Medina. Back and forth in a taxi was about 200dirhams (£16). We had a great driver and just used Whatsapp to have him collect us and take us where we wanted to go. Be warned about the roads - the driving there is complete madness but definitely an experience.
