1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.

Lovely hotel. Staff all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was good.

Throughout my entire experience in visiting hotels in Marrakech, Morroco and even in other countries. I have never experienced such a terrible experience. The staff literally treated us so bad , tried to humilate us, gave us a terrible room? Ants, spots. At the end, like a common low class theives they overcharged us, under the table, 1000 dirham for each night they did the" upgrade". Originally I had a room for 250 a night but they put me in a room that has paint smell.

Always amazine

The house was very well furnished and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. However, the Air conditioning in the main area and one of the rooms were not operational. I expressed my concern to the staff, but they said that it will eventually work once we let it run for few hours. We went to visit the town and when we came back, the house was very hot and the room was boiling. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, just the AC issue that kinda ruined the experience. If you’re going in the summer, make sure you ask them for the AC system
