I have stayed here multiple times, my kids love it, it’s the perfect location to explore the Wharf and Pier 39. You can walk to Ghirardelli Square, and the selection of great restaurants in the area is fantastic. The overnight parking garage is convenient, and we always love the breakfast buffet! Highly recommend!

Immediately greeted when we pulled into the private round about. They helped with our luggage. We had a speedy check in. The hotels smells amazing! My friend literally says omg! Carmen this smells like one of your perfumes! It was delightful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. We are so happy with our stay, no question we will stay again here.

Highly recommend this place! Amazing view from our room. Breakfast was great, staff just awesome and we will stay again. Cable cars are right outside waiting for you to hop on. ❤️ 💙 💜

Parking garage is small overhead. Our truck did not fit and we were rold ee needed to come move it. Staff didnt have any good recommendatiins. The paid lot they tell you to go to is not secure and has a recird of break ins. Had to find our own place. Ended up paying to park at a hotel a half mile down street. This needs to be fixed. Probobly wont come again until so.
