The hotel was nice and it is a prime location if you were going to State Farm Arena, however I did not like the elevators because they seem like they were outdated and did not want to work. I was very scared if I was going to get stuck in them and at one point, there were a group of ladies that came out of the elevator and told me not to use it, so for that particular trip I had to take the stairs. I would encourage the hotel to consider updating the elevators or put some funds aside to give the elevators some much needed maintenance. The elevators make me not want to return for my own personal safety.
