This was a tough family trip. The grounds are way too big to navigate with kids. Impossible to get into restaurants or even have our names taken to wait. Room was not cleaned for a while 24 hours. Towels never replaced, and no sheets on two of the three beds upon arrival. As well as over an hour for check in and losing an entire day at the pool by the time we got our bags.

El apartamento estuvo bien a nivel de equipamiento, el problema fue el servicio de Balcones, tuve un inconveniente en el apartamento a las 11pm y no respondieron hasta las 930 del próximo día, no tienen capacidad para dar un servicio en caso de ser necesario. Limpia localidad con pésimas atenciones, una pena.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel; the staff were outstanding—friendly and welcoming. No request went unattended. The only thing to be said is that the hotel is not new and is in need of renovation, though the staff does their best to address issues as they arise.
