Muy buen ubicado si quieres estar en ambiente de Medina, el Riad al ser casa típica de Medina está muy bien reformado , pero es muy cerrado para interior, aunque tiene una terraza en azotea muy bonita y confortable, vistas preciosas,

The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room. Checking in was easy. You're sat in the very nice lobby and you're greeted with a nice apple lemon ginger juice while the check in is proceeding. The staff is very nice, attentive and professional. The room is very nice, nicely decorated and the linen is crispy clean white cotton. The appetizers in the lobby were very good. But the drinks are crazy expensive. There were a few glitches: my minibar was empty. This is an expensive hotel. When I brought this issue to the management, they offered to fill it. But it did seem to me as if they were cutting corners. Also, my room was dark. The lighting was dim and not enough to read. It was a room to just retire to and go to bed and watch TV. It's unpleasant to not have enough light in a room, especially if you want to read. In the daytime, the room tends to be dark in the part away from the window. When I brought this matter to the management, they offered to upgrade me to a suite. However, the sitting room in the suite was even darker while the bedroom was brighter. I thus declined the upgrade. The lobby is very nice but it too needs a bit more lighting in some spots. I had to look for a corner with enough light to read the menu and see my food. The drinks are crazy expensive. But overall a very nice stay.

Lovely stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and treated us like royalty during our stay. The Riad is beautiful and well located. A bit out of the chaos but accessible by car so no need to worry about dragging your luggage miles through cobblestone.

A Truly beautiful riad, managed by knowledgeable, kind and friendly staff. Me and my family had the most wonderful stay. When we arrived we were greeted with refreshments of watermelon and juice, they remembered how much my daughter loved the watermelon when we were leaving and she was given a huge tub to take with her which she happily munched on the whole journey back. We were also given advice on how to navigate the medina which was a like saver. Breakfast was fab and we'd return in a heartbeat.

The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby rather than being displayed. Overall, the property gives the impression of a hotel that has been neglected for quite some time. Significant improvements in maintenance, upkeep, and attention to basic guest services are urgently needed.
