The dinner options are limited. We stayed there for 6 nights and ate at the same dinner location various times. With limited locations to eat, most dinner locations had an average wait time of 30-45 minutes to be seated. They do not offer advance reservations. Although in various occasions when showing up to a restaurant we were asked if our name was on the list. So it appears that they do side reservations but do not advertise it.

The overall experience was average but not worth the price. The resort is short staffed, which caused long wait times in the restaurants or bars. Overall many of the staff made us feel like we were an annoyance. There was a lack of follow up on requests, except for Franco who was very friendly and responsive. The overall experience was very odd because the resort was pretty empty during the stay.

Very quiet and the staff was very friendly.
Oscar's service by the pool was excellent, Juan was a great and friendly poolside bartender!
Jamie's energy and friendliness was great with the activities around the pool!
