Room was not very clean. Found a pin with a smile face on the floor. Also found clothes tags on the floor. Don't even know if they vacuumed. Shower head was very rusty. Also wanted to use the ice machine to put ice in my cooler. Asked the front desk where it is and she said they don't have one. You have to ask the bar at the restaurant next door for ice. Very weird that they have an ice bucket in the room when you can't use it. Just ok. Will not be back.

The hotel is quite the experience. A grand estate in a grand area with lots of history the hotel is beautiful and expansive.
The layout is a bit confusing, and you might want to pack light as you will likely end up carrying luggage up or down at least one flight of stairs. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast in the manor house was a treat.
Our only complaint was that the EV chargers were both essentially broken and there is only two which would have likely been unavailable considering the number of EVs in the parking lots.

"It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction."
