A fantastic few days.

A friendly and welcoming resort. Good restaurant and nice staff. Our room was large and cleaned every day. Great pool and perfect location.

Clean and spacious rooms, staff very friendly and supportive, great location and wonderful views. Bar area could be modernized and hours extended

Villa was moldy but tolerable for the weekend. Sheets had stains. Housekeeping didn't do much. Breakfast left much to be desired. Check-in was empty when we arrived and no staff was able to tell us where to go to check in or when the desk would be staffed. They don't answer the phone. I requested late check out which was accepted and I put do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping still barged in and woke us up and was annoyed we hadn't left. Overall it could've been worse.

This is a very good hotel, well situated, comfortable generous rooms, relaxed hotel, lovely pool area and grounds, good options at the buffet, but missing a few nice to have eggs options (poached eggs, omelette). The drinks are of decent quality, and the evening and dsy entertainment was top notch. The restaurant experience was notably lacking personal service and lacked hospitality which seems to have changed since our last visit. Everyone else was courteous and professional and helpful with information or requests. The hotel has changed ownership and lost some local flavour and personality but it is a very comfortable stay while visiting the area.

This was a fantastic stay for the family. Two beaches are very close. Felt like a home away from home with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry machine, and plenty of space. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The daily room clean was very helpful and appreciated.

Excellent location, surroundings, amazing resort concept. Beautiful design blended with natural elements with lots of respect for the environment. Pine woods, sand dunes, natural vegetation all beautifully preserved and integrated. The beach itself is excellent. Proper deep sand, very clean water, very flat, excellent for children. The food in both restaurants including the beach club was very high quality.
