« A great house for family members of all ages. Two downstairs bedrooms with shower rooms are great for less mobile guests. Spacious open plan living meant we could cook and all be together at the same time.The hot tub was amazing and we were lucky with the weather on the fabulous Woolacoombe beach. Lots of great walks too near to the house. A wonderful family holiday home. »

« If you're looking to stay in Woolacombe/Mortehoe then you cannot go wrong choosing to stay at Montague steps, we stayed for 2 weeks and found the location great within walking distance to the beaches and all amenities, its good value for money and the property and staff were spot on. We cannot wait to return. Only reason for 4 stars is that it could do with a hoover and a floor mop being available solely for the apartment. »

« My partner and I stayed here while on the south west coast path and it was a brilliant refuge for us after a long day's walk! The place was spotless, facilities were good and it was so quiet and peaceful - perfect for a good night's rest. Our host, Pauline, was very communicative and helpful. All-in-all, a lovely place to stay. »
