« My family all had a great few days staying in this amazing house. It had everything we needed to keep everyone occupied. The pool was definitely the highlight, especially for my grandchildren We were greeted with delicious scones, cream and jam which was so kind and thoughtful. « The accommodation was perfect for us. Clean, & comfortable with everything we needed. No problem with parking & friendly neighbours. We would love to visit again and highly recommend the property.A bit of a walk to the beach, so parking there suited us, so that we could bring everything we needed. Budleigh Salterton is a beautiful place to visit, There is enough in the town to not have to shop elsewhere. There are a few little cafes, and small supermarket shops. »

« Pleasant little property close to the main town. Parking is a major issue with very little parking close to the property on many occasions. Although a short walk from the main town the area is very steep and is not suitable for anyone not fit and able. The hosts of the property were very responsive with messages and accurate and slick at check in. We did however find the accommodation not a clean in arrival as some other properties we have stayed in. The fridge and freezer was not turned on...

« Great communication from Maureen before and during my stay. Great location in converted farm outbuildings - would be great for families with young children but I also really appreciated it as a lone traveller. Everything I needed, nice welcome gifts, washing machine which I didn't use for washing but for drying my trunks after using the welcome hot tub (which was nice and warm!)A very homely home from home! »
