« The room was clean but it had a smell. The fridge was frozen up, so I shut it off to defrost. We were really busy so we didn't use the water facilities, so I don't have an opinion there. Staff was friendly and fast. »

« The noise of the people upstairs right above us we were in room 212 was constant even 3am still stomping loudly. When we made a polite call to property, our call felt inconvenient to the person who answered a nd then nothing was really done to resolve the issue. We ended up leaving a night early because we could not get any sleep with noise. Evening staff were not super helpful. We got one good staff interaction the day we checked in on 6/26 she was very kind. Air conditioning worked good, but...
