« Great four day weekend for Cal Poly Humboldt Graduation stay. Place was clean and even had spices and laundry detergent available! That was a huge plus even though we didn’t use it. Many places don’t include this. Only downside was that the description said TV had Netflix, they didn’t. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cute two bedroom cottage! « Our second stay and probably not our last. We love the ease and comfort of this cute little home away from home. Quiet, peaceful and off the beaten path. The peaceful little neighborhood where it is located is driving distance to most of the northern Redwood experiences. including state and national parks, beaches, roadside attractions, etc. Check-in is so easy and hosts are readily available through text. « We enjoyed our time here, the location is great, the sounds of the river were very relaxing. The town nearby was great to get groceries and food. The only issue we had is that this cabin is under construction it seems, there was no usable closet space because of this. I would still recommend it though. »

« Really enjoyed this home. Three bedrooms and 3 baths, so everyone had their own space, which was nice. The home was clean, and it had a nice deck with bird and hummingbird feeders which we enjoyed. Our favorite part of the trip was watching the resident squirrel regularly pilfering seed from the 'squirrel proof' feeder. :) Fully stocked kitchen, so it was nice to be able to cook food rather than depending on fast food. « Great place to stay to be immersed in the redwoods and enjoy some peace and quiet away from crowds. The treehouse deck was my favorite place to enjoy happy hour and bask in the sun. My kids enjoyed the PlayStation. The cottage was cute, clean and just big enough for all of us. »

« I liked the quiet neighborhood. Parking was a little tight and had to back out of a fairly steep driveway onto the main road, but there was little traffic so not too bad. Beds were comfortable. My biggest concern was finding hairs and a small piece of a soap bar on the upstairs shower floor. The shower was obviously not cleaned properly, if at all. That was gross! »
