« Gardenside is an absolutely amazing find. What a holiday home. The house interiors are so homely and it’s so clean on arrival.The views are just the ‘wow’ factor from the lounge and main bedroom.And the beds are very comfy. The only thing the house lacks is a welcome pack and information leaflets for what’s around to do. Taxi numbers etc Perfect spot for families. A walk to Carbis Bay beach is so lovely. « This is a beautiful property in a good area. Highly recommend. 15 minutes walk to town centre, harbour in front of building with lovely walk. Bedrooms are spacious, as well as all other areas of this large two floor flat. Would definitely return again. »

« It didn’t go as expected. The room doesn’t appear as how it was on the app. There was this strong smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable and not accommodating at all. Only two bathrooms for 10 rooms is unacceptable. U pleasant at all so I checked out yesterday around 3pm instead of today. We only spent one night and that’s because of the nature of the place. It’s not safe to be there. There is only two bathroom for the ten rooms here and due to that we had to climb like three floors...

« Lovely space with a cute seaside theme, perfect for our little family weekend in Cornwall. The surrounding woodland area is peaceful and secluded too. Our host was very communicative and welcoming, very kindly leaving a little treat for our children and dog. We would definitely love to stay again »

« Just had a wonderful couple of weeks in Carbis bay. We all just loved the house. Spacious, well equipped, comfy beds, enjoyed the hot tub and… wow what a lovely view (from every room!). Lisa and Neil were great hosts -communication excellent and any issues were dealt with speedily. Very handy for the nice sandy, sheltered beach at Carbis bay (good for SUP ) yes it’s a bit of a steep walk (5-10mins) but doable….Also handy for train into St Ives (takes 5mins) and some good local restaurant...

« Beautiful house with stunning views of Weymouth bay and Portland. The location was great it was nice and quiet but easy to get into Weymouth either by 30 minute walk on the Rodwell trail or by very frequent buses stopping a couple of minutes walk from the house. We didn't use our car at all whilst we were there. For eating out there is Billy Winters which is 5 minute walk and worth a visit and lots of lovely pubs and restaurants in Weymouth and Portland. There are also quite a few takeaways...

« This beautiful little cottage was the perfect respite for our week of exploring the local area with our Son's. It was a short drive to the bustle of WSM and easy to get around to places like Cheddar Gorge and the Wookey hole. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The garden was a dream view and we really appreciated being able to sit in it of an evening, after a busy day out and about it was pure bliss to come home...

« Fantastic stay. The place was so comfortable and luxurious. Kitchen really well equipped. The views from all the rooms were amazing, watching the sheep in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Super comfortable beds, fluffy towels. Comfy sofas. Garden really beautiful and private. Paul, the owner was great and popped in to say hello when we arrived, told us lots of local places to visit. Would definitely recommend. »

« Great location, good facilities, comfortable and v clean. My only issue is the 10am checkout, so many places doing earlier checkouts, 11am would be more reasonable. »

« Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mitten in Bath. Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern (18 u. 15) in Bath. Das Haus ist sehr besonders durch die Lage und die 3 Etagen, auf die sich die Unterkunft verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Tee. Man konnte nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bath fußläufig erreichen. Zum Entspannen konnte man sich sehr schön unten am Fluss auf die Terrasse setzen. Es ist trotz des Verkehrs auf der Brücke nicht zu...

« Spacious cosy well equipped property, comfortable beds, great showers. Steam train at bottom of garden which was fun. Could do with an instruction booklet in the house ( as although instruction videos good) couldn’t work out how to turn on fire in large sitting room. »
