Panoramic sea views from ground floor, 1st floor and decking. Vast outdoor secure, enclosed and private sea view decking area with 20 metre frameless glass balustrade & hot tub. Private driveway with parking for up to 4 cars with a fast electric vehicle charger (type 2 - please use your cable) The 1st floor sea view master en-suite bedroom has floor-to-ceiling gable end glass Juliet balcony as well as a full size bath and is great for a family room, comfortably sleeping 4, with a super king bed & and another two sofabeds. There is another bedroom with en-suite shower room on the 1st floor that can be adapted to a twin or super king bedroom. The ground floor master super king bedroom is spacious and has a full size en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Next to the master suite is another good sized bedroom that can be adapted to a twin or super king bed and also has an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have wardrobes with hanging space with drawers/shelves. The stylish open plan living, dining, snug and kitchen area is expansive, has a wonderful sea view, great for entertaining for up to 10 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you would need, including four ovens, dishwasher, Nespresso CitiZ coffee machine, a washing machine housed in a seperate utility cupboard and separate toilet/WC. Relax for the evening with wood stove fire (basket of wood supplied) and a Samsung 65" smart TV with digital freeview and smart streaming apps. The latest top of the range WiFi/BT soundbar with subwoofer sounds amazing when watching films or streaming music. The property has two smart Nest heating systems, one for the house and one for the bathrooms to ensure your optimum comfort. Bedding, linen, towels, soap, dish cloths, toilet/kitchen roll, diswasher tablets & bin liners are provided. We do recommend for guests to bring their own hot tub & beach towels. Family friendly home-from-home, with integrated stair gates, highchair and travel cot provided. The property was easy to find and beautifully clean. Everything had been thought of from a well equipped kitchen to 4 super double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and really comfortable beds. My daughter loved the TV in her room snd the hot tub and we enjoyed the wood burning fire. The owners communicated so well ( although we didn’t need anything) and the proximity to Carbis Bay beach was great. Despite the weather ( October and inevitably windy and rainy) the view did not disappoint and the chairs overlooking the picture window made a morning coffee and afternoon tea all that better. Whilst both guests could walk with walking aides, the steps both front and back were difficult/impossible for them. The host provided a folding portable ramp on day 3\. It was helpful but had to be moved between the two areas of the back entrance, on to a main road. It took all 3 of our male guests to facilitate getting our ladies in and out of the property. We requested single bed configurations for two of our rooms. Not done for arrival. I messaged the host, he said it was difficult to do, and would not be done until Monday. We had arrived the Saturday. This may have contributed my Aunt falling out of bed and suffering significant bruises. The large first floor bed room was described as a king bed, sofa bed and futon bed. This appealed because we had planned for 3 ladies all cousins to share this room. In fact there was only a king bed that was usable as a bed. The other bed options were ikea style fold out seating without mattresses and completely unsuitable for use as adult beds. Caused a problem who would sleep in the bed, resulting in the 3rd cousin making a bed on a sofa in the lounge. This house is offered as sleeps 10 people. It would be very comfortable for 8 people in couples. It didn’t work for 8 people not in couples. It was a well fitted kitchen great for family dining. The hot tub???no instructions, lighting/music facilities didn’t work. Maintenance chap couldn’t show us how to set it. ##### Susan R. Neil and Lisa were very quick to respond to any concerns or requests that we had. The location was perfect. It was also well equipped with everything you might need. The property was perfect for this type of group as 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, each floor having a master. All Rooms and en-suites were lovely, modern and spotless. The whole house is decorated beautifully , the view is outstanding. So lovely to have. The walk down to carbis bay was done daily by my 4 and 6 year old, despite the hill. It’s very doable. The bus stop is literally right outside to go to st ives or Penzance if you don’t want to drive. We also got the little train. Very well appointed. Lots of lovely restaurants on the seafront. Big Tesco near by is so helpful to have. Communication from the owners was brilliant, so fast, and answered all questions. The hot tub was so lovely to have at the end of busy days exploring this amazing part of Cornwall . We ate at lots of lovely places, the old coastguard, porthminster cafe (the skate was outstanding), the tolcarne inn, silco. Becks fish and chips was nice as was the local Indian we got one night! Even with iffy weather we had the best time. Boat trip to seal island was fun, the seal sanctuary in Gweek also good. We watched a kids play at the minack theatre which the kids absolutely loved! Lovely to have an EV charger on site! Makes life so easy. They asked me if there was any feedback, anything to improve on, and honestly No! It’s perfect. ##### Aisling Caitrina Alice M. The property was very modern and spotlessly clean. Perfect location close to St Ives & Carbis bay beach with ample parking.A travel cot and high chair were provided free of charge. The only thing I would suggest people bare in mind is that there are steps up to front door of the property (this was confirmed to me by the hosts prior to booking) although there is an alternative entrance from the main road with fewer steps although they are still quite large in size. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend. ##### Charlotte T. Stayed for a week at Gardenside and happy to say it was all brand new and so luxurious. The house has 2 luxurious bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs that added extra privacy sharing with my extended family. Literally views that blow your mind. The master suites are pretty sizable if you want your little ones in the same bedroom with you. The terrace and hot tub don't have any houses overlooking which was perfect and you are elevtated with that awesome sea view and a beautiful gardens to the side. The location is right between St Ives and Carbis bay beach and an easy walk to either. Highly recommend. ##### Simon R. Gardenside is simply amazing and the hosts have thought of everything as the house is perfectly equipped. It was a home from home. The views from the main living area and the master bedroom are like something from a postcard. Its location is perfect for walks into St Ives and down to the beach.
