"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. "The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were lovely, clean & the beds were very comfortable. On site parking & heated outdoor pool. Breakfast was very good. Overall stay was excellent. "

"Great hotel, super friendly staff, lovely swimming pool. Awesome breakfast served by fantastic waitresses who were lovely. Good sized room and excellent shower, floor a little creaky and bed slightly hard but to be expected in a property of this age. No evening meals unfortunately but plenty of local food options nearby. A little bit of noise in the morning from the coaches running their engines first thing, not excessive. Overall very happy with our stay at Laguna, nice old fashioned style hotel with plenty of character and good value "
