"Clean room and breakfast was great!"

"The property is very nice. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and grocery store for snacks vs gas station snacks. We stayed 4 nights/5 days, the TV/cable service only worked the first night we were there. I called front desk and they assured me service would be available on 4/25 by 3pm. We had to use our cell phones to watch shows which was very annoying. Our key cards would not allow us access to the pool even after we addressed the issue with front desk. The ladies servicing the breakfast area were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed by all the people eating or serving themselves. House keeping were very nice and very quick to tidy up our room. We asked for additional items and they provided them promptly. No management on site our entire stay. Young kids managing the front desk and they didn’t not know how to deal with customers concerns. The TV/cable service was still out of service when we departed property. I called Tuesday to speak to management and they said she is still not available. They said they would give me points for all the inconveniences, I have yet to receive the points. Very disappointed with hotel. Will not be staying there again."

"Sleep Inn Smyrna is a reasonably priced hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, friendly staff, easy access to the highway, and right next to a Cracker Barrel."

"Dirty, damaged walls, toilet seat unusable due to now bolts. All kinds of people LIVING there."

"Due to my vehicle transmission failing I had to leave my truck in Indiana. The was a tornado which stopped our trip, we finally got to 30 miles north of Louisville Kentucky at 10 pm, I was exhausted and it was raining so hard we couldn’t even see to drive. I called about 20 times, got ahold of the person at the hotel but gave me a number to call. I had my confirmation number but the computer wouldn’t take it. It wouldn’t give me an option to talk to a real person. I’m am totally dissatisfied with the system and service. I don’t feel I should have to pay for the night due to the weather. I did take out the insurance.please contact me for any further information.very respectfully Mark Fuller"

"The room was wonderful. While close to major thoroughfares, it was QUIET! We slept like logs while we stayed there - That never happens to us. Especially since we had significant storms while we were there. Everyone was nice too; Every suggestion evolved exactly as promised. Breakfast was everything we needed, so every morning we were happy, rested and ready to take on the challenges of the day"

"Nice salt filtered pool Olympic size! Not chlorine Great room! "

"Got stuck in town and needed a hotel for that one night instead of the long drive home. Hotel room was ok however the hotel lobby and halls need upgrading. Not my preference."
