"This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The property is not new, but it was cleaned so carefully that I was truly impressed. Everything felt very well maintained. The staff were also very polite and welcoming. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, they provide 24/7 hot chocolate, tea, and coffee, which was a nice touch."

"We had the most amazing vacation at Bright Angel Lodge. From our cozy little cabin to the amazing staff and restaurant options. Our waitresses Tanya & Tricia were fabulous, made us feel so welcome. Gave us so many wonderful tips and suggestions about the area. The shuttles were so efficient making it easy to do rim to rim. I would definitely recommend this place and go back again.

"The hotel was near the Grand Canyon and convenient. I was surprised we had to go down an alley behind the Grand Canyon IMax. From there the the hotel pictures did not live up to my expectations. It appeared to have been neglected with old carpet and old paint. The beds were comfortable. "
