« Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side....

« We were a group of 4 staying to watch our kids play baseball at the Jackie Robinson Training Facility. It was the perfect location and the house fit all of our needs. The host couldn’t have been more communicative or kind. We had very little time to enjoy the pool so when we finally did he even arranged to have the maintenance person come at a different time so we didn’t lose out on relaxing by the pool! I highly recommmed this property and host! »

« The accommodations and location were perfect for our family of 4. The dock and pool was a very short walk. There is even a small beach within a short walk and Jenson Beach is only 3 minutes away by car. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with. They had beach toys, beach chairs and an umbrella available. We ate breakfast there every morning but ate out for lunch and dinner. We visited downtown Jenson Beach and Stuart. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Capt Jax 3-bedroom VRBO rental cottage on Hutchinson Island in a small subdivision on the intracoastal. It was well equipped, beautifully furnished, and located close to the beach as well as to great restaurants, shopping and local attractions. »

« The house is wonderful & decorated beautifully. The rooms are all a good size and everything you could want is in the house. The owners have thought of everything with lovely touches including shampoo, body wash, washing pods, beach bags, cool boxes, I could go on. It is light & spacious and a great space for a couple of families or a large get together. I would definitively stay here again, just beautiful. »

« The house has a lovely view of Indian River - we enjoyed morning coffee on the screen porch watching the sunrise. The house is very spacious and comfortable and along with the guest house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee and bottled water were provided. Fort Pierce was an easy 20 min ride. We were attending a wedding and the house was perfect for out of town family to spend an afternoon together. The high speed rail runs behind the house so there is the occasional train...

« The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Neighborhood was convenient to shopping and beaches. The host checked in with us a few times and was quickly responsive to a few minor issues. I would 100% stay here again. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch. »

« The house was clean and well stocked with pretty much anything you would need - beach gear, games, linens, houseware items. The description of the beach access made it appear as if the private beach access was in close proximity to the home but in fact is across the roadway in a separate complex. It is a short walk but my daughter was injured prior to our trip so i was a little concerned with her having to navigate the traffic on the roadway to get across the street on a crutch. « We had a really nice and relaxing stay at this property! Great location, just a short walk to private beach. Super quiet area which was very nice, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves during prime spring break time. There is also access to the Indian River in the neighborhood and we enjoyed walks down to a private dock on a nightly basis. The house was clean and everything in excellent condition.There were a few things that could be improved. It was never clear to us if we could park close...

« Motel très sympa presque en bordure de plage. Calme, grande chambre bien équipée, lit confortable. Le seul bémol est la salle de bains minimaliste : 2m x 1.2m ! Personnel sympathique, on vous prête sièges de plage et parasol, et la plage immense et déserte (fin octobre) est à une cinquantaine de mètres ! »

« This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The owners are on standby with whatever you need as they live nearby themselves. We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. The location puts you near all that Vero has to offer and you are about 10 minutes to the beaches. It is worth noting that there is a garage on the property ( which consists of 3 lots ) that the owner uses throughout the week. He doesnt intrude...
