Two bedroom apartment in a new building, situated on the beach in the area of ​​Golden Sands resort, Alen Mak area, Kabakum beach.   
  
Excellent location, 88 meters from Cabakum Beach, which offers all the necessary amenities for an ideal vacation - bars, restaurants, snacks, grocery stores, beach attractions, umbrellas, sun loungers, jets, water bananas and parachute- Public transport stop.   
Secure area with a beach of about 70 meters wide and 2 km long, making it uninhabited, clean and peaceful. The water is always clear and the seabed is equal.   
At a distance of 10 km, the Dolphinarium and the Zoo are located in the Sea Garden of Varna. About 4km away is the Aqua Park in Golden Sands Resort.   
The apartment is unfurnished and consists of a living room with a kitchenette opening onto a terrace, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet. The bedroom is orientated to the west with a wonderful view of the forest, in the quiet part of the building, furnished with a large and comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The living room is spacious and bright, it has a large corner sofa bed, comfortable for sleeping two people, a TV and a kitchenette equipped with electric appliances and everything needed. The terrace in front of the living room has a comfortable table with four chairs and is a suitable place to relax after sunset, from where there is a wonderful view of the sea and you can enjoy the sea, the noise of the sea combined with the forest sounds of the surrounding nature.   
  
The bathroom is equipped with a bathing cabin.   
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.   
Free TV, internet and parking are available.   
  
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 (four) people.   
Pets are not allowed.   
The price is for renting the whole apartment.   
Long-term rental rebates are allowed.
