"Hôtel neuf très agréable avec chambre spacieuse si ce n'est l'accueil glacial que ce soit à la réception et au petit déjeuner. On vous fait une réflexion parce que vous vous préparez un petit sandwich pour le voyage en voiture. Le groupe Accor en est il à ce point là de faire des économies et de briffer ainsi son personnel!!!! ( Ou alors cela vienty du personnel et là il faut changer de métier pour ces employés )"

"Hôtel bien placé à Munster. Le personnel est accueillant. Par contre l’hôtel ne devrait pas être classé 4 étoiles concernant les chambres. Elles sont propres mais petites et le mobilier rustique. Les lits sont juste bien mais pas qualitatif. De plus, ce n’est pas grand chose, nous n’avions pas de bouilloire dans la chambre qui est censé être une suite deluxe "
