Two points were slightly negative: 1. It was stated on hotels.com, that the hotel has a restaurant. In reality it HAD it, but it does not exsist anymore since about a year. 2. Bad idea to have an automatic light start in the toilet, based on the moving sensor. Very often you need to go to the toilet in the night and you do NOT want to switch ON the light.

Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und das Bett super! Frühstück und Bar konnte ich nicht benutzen, Parkplätze sind besser gleich mit zu buchen und für "mal ins Restaurant umme Ecke" laufen liegt das Hotel etwas weit draußen....was gerade in Münster schade ist.....

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, die Matratzen war sehr hart. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze, welche jedoch überteuert sind, was man für die Lage nicht ganz verstehen kann. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sowohl genug Auswahl bei Kalt, wie aber auch Warmspeisen (versch. Rühreivarianten, Waffeln zum Selbstaufbacken usw.) Hat einen positiv überrascht! Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen!

Unflexibel mit falscher Beschreibung im Netz

Die fehlende Flexibilität des Hotels nach einer kurzfristigen Absage eines Seminars war nicht der Hauptgrund unseres Ärgers. Als dann aber das erste Zimmer komplett muffelig war, das zweite nicht viel besser und im dritten (davon waren die Bilder) zumindest keine großen Schäden zu erkennen waren, blieben wir die eine Nacht, zahlten die zwei Gebuchten, (inkl. des absolut überteuerten Frühstücks bei dem lediglich die Waffeln ok waren) und fuhren 400 km zurück nach Hause. Extrakosten für den „Wellness-Bereich“ waren bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen und weder die Terasse noch das Restaurant in Betrieb. Ein Mal und nicht wieder.

Ordentliches Business-Hotel in Münster

Es ist ein ordentliches Business-Hotel in Münster, gerade wenn man auch einen Parkplatz benötigt. Man ist minimal außerhalb, was aber kein Problem darstellt. Ich würde mich bei anderen Aufenthalten mit Auto wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden, andere Optionen haben mir bisher nicht so gut gefallen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war im Service, wo am 2. Tag nur genutzte Seife und alte Handtücher mitgenommen, aber nicht ersetzt waren.

Alles ist hervorragend. Auch die begehbare Dusche ist gut, nur eine Glastür als Spritzschutz wäre hier angebracht.
