This Condo is situated adjacent to the Rillito Trail/The Loop for quick access to endless miles of continuous cycling, walking, in line skating adventures. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred. Leave beds un-made and place all towels in the laundry room. Pool towels are the colorful towels at the property. Do not take white bath towels to the pool. House must be broom swept/vacuumed at checkout, dishes placed in dishwasher and turned on. Empty all food and drink's even un-opened items along with all trash. Please have all trash in large dumpsters around the community at checkout. No designated parking spots. 1 parking spot per guest reservation, additional parking is allowed for day guests, not overnight stays. Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am. Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings). Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings). Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout and all television remotes are placed back on nightstands or table in each room. Do not move furniture. Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out. Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it. There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It was advertised as a 2 bedroom 2 bath but the master bathroom door was locked making it an inconvenience when family came to visit cause there was only one bathroom when it should have been two to be able to use. They only provided 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. I had to launder the hand towel various times. No iron or ironing boardIt’s our third time staying in this area. It’s safe and quiet. Comfortably accommodating four adults, we lacked nothing. A couple of us are clean freaks and you passed the test. We cooked a few meals there and the kitchen actually had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, communication was great, and the condo was incredibly clean and comfortable. I appreciated having coffee on hand as well as good quality, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom! The location was great for what we were there for. Less than 30 minutes from the airport, then everything else was North, East and West of the condo, easy to get around. The condo is very new, all new appliances, and super clean. Had almost everything we needed, except tissues (that dry air) and the coffee/tea machine listed was useless to us, requires those cartridges that we do not have nor use. We used the washer/dryer and detergent is there, so that was great. Check in and communication were great. Easy to park in front, etc. Did not use the pool nor hot tub, not our thing. Did not use the walking trail behind the condo since we walked or hiked every day at one of the parks. We did walk to the restaurants in the shopping square right next door. That was convenient. And there is a Trader Joe's very close for groceries. Our only negatives was that it is somewhat noisy. Construction on new units is across the parking can be noisy early, there's a drainage screen right outside the bedrooms that clunks every time someone drives over it. Usually we travel with a box fan to drown out night time noise but that wasn't possible flying. I suggested this to the VRBO manager to put one in the unit for this purpose. The neighbors directly above are heavy footed and at weird hours of the night. Agree, not the fault of the VRBO, just letting people know that if you're driving, bring a fan for white noise. ##### DEBORAH W. The condo was very clean, and check-in was smooth. However, we were disappointed in the location. You have to drive through an apartment complex to find the condos at the back. Though the condo is near a walking/biking path, shops, and restaurants, the property is fenced, so you can't walk to those locations. The condo was not set up for four guests when we arrived. We had to contact the hosts to get adequate towels. We would have appreciated printed information in the condo. Not all of us had access to the online information. ##### Cindy C. It is close to so many things: Sabino Canyon, restaurants, hiking and a short drive to downtown. Loved having the walking trail (Loop) right in the backyard and a pool and hot tub.
