« Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Identified as 2 queen beds however one of the queen mattresses was on a double bed frame so shouldn’t have been identified as 2 queens. Laundry: dryer didn’t work well, taking hours to dry even a small load. Hosts were open to hearing the issues with the laundry and indicated they would look into it. »

« The location of the site was close enough (15 minutes) to downtown and amenities by car. Inside the property was clean, and modern but was unfinished and unpolished. We could make do with the cooking supplies (ie crepe pan or a pot for cooking eggs). Curb appeal could also use some cleaning up. Weeds coming up through the front steps and broken patio furniture first greets you. There were no toiletries or hair dryer but communication with the owner was good that he ran it over. »

« The view on St-John’s was so beautiful, from the livingroom or the balcony. The apartment was spacious and you have all you need to spend a few days. »

« This unit provided what we needed. Bed, bath, kitchen, laundry and living room. It’s quite comfortable. For us it was the perfect place to stay while touring this side of Newfoundland. It is a basement apartment so not the best if mobility issues are a concern as there are outside stairs to get to the unit. »

« We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean and very spacious. Steven was very responsive to messages. We did have an unfortunate issue with parking. We received a $40 parking ticket for being on the wrong side of the street where cleaning occurred. After googling the rule, we learned that according to day of the week, this determined which side of the street you can park on.
