"The property is a little dated especially in the pool area, but the pool bar was excellent. Located next to ICON SIAM, it was super convenient to think of dining options, literally right next door! The boat service also made it really convenient to cross to the other side. The only downside was the traffic in the area was chaotic, so expect Grab rides to be lonnnnng. However, taking public transport was very convenient with the station located right outside the hotel (Taking the public transport will save you time over taking Grab) The service at this hotel was impeccable! I can honestly say it was the best service I experienced at any hotel in Bangkok (I come to BKK once every three to six months)"

"We stayed at the Peninsula Bangkok just for one night after having attended a dance event over the weekend. The hotel offered a very special ambient, the inside was spacious like a castle and very beautiful and quiet. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent. We were able to relax and recover in a very nice way."
