The hotel is slightly harder to reach except if you take the water taxi (which is super affordable at 12 baht, but make sure to keep operating hours in check) or a Bolt. It is close to a lot of local clothing shops, and I loved that it was right above a Seven Eleven. We were placed in a room with outdated furniture that should not have been discarded. We did complain and they placed us in a much better suite. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. My daughter and son in law also stayed in the hotel and they had a nice suite that was updated and modern. They definitely need to do some renovation work in some of the hotel rooms.
