    Séjournez dans les magnifiques Keys, dans une superbe maison en bord de mer dotée d’un ponton de 250 pieds, d’une rampe de mise à l’eau et d’un bassin pour votre bateau. C’est un cadre rustique en plein air à ne pas manquer, ainsi qu’une expérience de pêche typique des Keys! Le terrain de la propriété s’étend sur près d’un acre, avec une partie réservée aux travaux, tout en restant très spacieux. Superbes vues panoramiques sur l’eau, le lever et le coucher du soleil. À deux pas de l’océan. Apportez ou louez du matériel de pêche et de plongée avec tuba à proximité pour pêcher directement depuis le ponton et profiter des paysages sous-marins!

We had a blast at the waterfront cozy cottage. The place was as advertised, with plenty of parking a wonderful dock and boat well. The check-in was organized and they personally met us at the house and were very welcoming. We would love to return one day.... hopefully soon.

The host Wally was exceptional and accommodating, and the place had everything we needed and more. Awesome location - a place you remember. Laid back Keys vibe was just what we needed.

Awesome vacation spot!

Our stay here was amazing. The cottage had everything we needed, the king bed was very comfortable and the views were spectacular. Be sure to go to Kiki's Sandbar for delicious seafood!

Our family of 6, including 4 children 10-17, stayed at the Cozy Cottage for 3 nights. It was perfect for us and our needs. The home came with a very nice outdoor area to look right out onto the channel that feeds between the Atlantic and Gulf. Beautiful views and a beautiful sunrise. Walt helped us with our check-in and offered to help with anything we needed. His fun-spirited personality came free with the rental, which was a nice touch! Will definitely come back, may even try some of the other properties Cozy Coves has to offer.

We had an excellent stay. Home was very clean. Kept very cool inside. Bed was suuper comfy. We spent a lot of time on the boat dock and listened to the music from the restaurant.That was our favorite part. Great fishing for snapper, baracuda. Saw some sharks and other marine life. Parking was easy, access was easy. Kitchen had everything you needed. We would recommend this house to everyone.

Walt is great! Location is fantastic and the quick walk to Kiki's is beneficial. Proximity to grocery stores is a plus. Ideal rental for a small family.

Anniversary Weekend for the 4th

The cottage was amazing. Had all the amenities for a serene stay in Little Torch Key. Plenty of parking and plenty of space to keep boat in the water. For quick trips out in between rain showers. Amazing views and great food at Kiki's.

Awesome location!

Can’t beat the location! The property manager was great and easily accessible. The pier and dock where awesome for the kids to fish off of, it was nice to be able to leave the boat in the water, in a protected little cove.

Lovely cottage on Little Torch Key.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cottage on Little Torch Key. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near many of the things we wanted to do - snorkeling, hiking, swimming, and visiting Key West. The extra long dock was awesome. We would highly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit to the lower Florida Keys.
