"This is a big bustling hotel in the middle of Central Stockholm. I expected a soulless box with 500+ rooms. Instead, the Clarion Sign surprised at nearly every turn. The afternoon check-in turnover was handled like clockwork, a ballet of authentically happy interactions with guests. I watched as reception staff greeted guests with smiles and enthusiasm. A manager handed out chocolates when there was a wait. Location is ideal, five minutes from the Arlanda Express and Central Station. My room was spotless and comfortable with some clever amenities. (Including a fold-out luggage rack and different colored bath towels.) Breakfast was surprisingly good with made-to-order omelettes cooked just right. Other chain and more expensive hotels in Stockholm and beyond could learn from the service, cleanliness and genuinely buoyant ethos of this hospitality team."
