"Friendly staff and clean"

"Fantastic hotel! Great location next to the park shuttle bus stop, it is a huge deal to not have to find parking or ride the town shuttle. It was very crowded and this saved us hours. Also close to lots of food and shops. Didn’t move our car the whole time there. Rooms were large, full kitchen, pool was great. Views were great!"

"Our room was not ready for hours due to "inefficient staff ". The staff at the restaurant was exceptionally rude and the front desk was "unable to help" and needed to wait for others to come in for basic asks. A sprinkler head cover fell off the ceiling and hit my father on the head. After we were told we would get a full refund - at least- we got charged for the full amount and no phone call with Management as promised. The room was terrible and the service was terrible. First Marriott stay that was horrible. Corporate needs to step in. "

"Fresh and clean room with a view of a mountain"

"We were two female travelers who had a wonderful stay at Cliffrose in late March. The location is fantastic, just a 5–10 minute walk to the Zion Visitor Center, where you can catch the park shuttles. While the shuttle stop near the hotel begins service at 8 a.m., walking to the Visitor Center allows you to access the earlier 7 a.m. departures. The grounds along the Virgin River were beautiful and truly the highlight of our stay. We especially appreciated the fire pits and seating areas available for guests to enjoy throughout the day, which made it easy to relax and take in the scenery. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable and well-suited to our needs. It was very clean, and we appreciated both the comfortable beds and the patio space. The motel-style layout made us especially glad to be on the top floor. We were disappointed that the main pool was closed during our visit. As a result, families with children were using the relaxation area’s smaller pool and hot tub. We enjoy kids, but had been looking forward to some quiet downtime. The construction affecting the main pool area was not disclosed until check-in, which was frustrating. Overall, we enjoyed the property, service and the unbeatable location."
