"No water , robes in the room, coffee and tea were not replenished. Had to ask at front desk. Elevator out of service and access to the pool was blocked off, due to an event in the conference room so had to take stairs and go outside to enter it. Blaring music Sunday morning from the retainers at 7:30 means no peaceful coffee on the balcony. "

"This is a beautiful location right on the water with views that are incredible. The unit itself was very clean and had great features. There are trails right by the property so no need to drive. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time."

"We had previously stayed at the Sooke Harbour Marina & Resort but this was our first time at the penthouse and I can honestly say it was incredible! The view was spectacular and the place was gorgeous, plenty of room and it had such a lovely vibe. We shall definitely be wanting to stay here on our next trip out to Sooke! Thank you for your hospitality and Rick was amazing if we needed anything, he responded very quickly! Thank you again!"

"This stay was all about the view. Gorgeous! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was really nice and unique. There was a small telescope which was interesting. The fresh baked goods were delicious. The fridge included pop which i thought was nice anf there was coffee and tea in the room. I was a little disappointed because I didn't get the room I thought i booked, but Im not sure who's mistake it was. However, I really enjoyed my stay."

"This place was perfect for the fishing trip we had booked. Conveniently located a two minute walk to the docks. Beautiful place with incredible views. I will be returning here every time I fish."
