However, there are window coverings in every bedroom for your privacy. Pests: Please note that due to its location in the desert, we have occasional visits from critters (insects, rodents, etc.). We have regular pest control, but please keep doors and windows closed to prevent unwanted guests. Maintenance: Our property receives regular maintenance to keep everything in top condition. Gardeners visit for weekly landscaping on Mondays, and our hot tub undergoes routine servicing the same day. If you are staying on a Monday, please be aware that our hot tub technician and gardeners will access the backyard during the day for maintenance. Trash collection takes place on Wednesdays. Our concierge service will bring the trash cans from behind the fence to the street and return them once collection is complete. If any additional property maintenance (such as pest control or specialized landscaping) is scheduled during your stay, we will always do our best to provide advance notice and request permission before entering the property. The house was conducive to sitting outside in the morning, enjoying our coffee and the views. The big dining room enabled us to play our card games with 7 people. The bedrooms and baths were perfect for us.
