Book this bright Midtown delight today for Savannah stays of 30 days or more. This freshly renovated (08/24) 2 bed 1 bath home boasts an in unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and a fully fenced backyard.  
  
This space is located 1 minute away from Hunter Army Airfield’s Montgomery Gate and Visitor Control Center, 6 minutes away from Candler/Memorial Hospital, and 10 minutes away from Savannah’s Historic Downtown District.

This sunny 2 bed 1 bath stay is perfect for anyone looking to make Savannah their home away from home.  
  
Bedroom 1 features a new king bed, clothing storage, an abundance of natural light, and room darkening curtains.  
  
Bedroom 2 also features a new king bed, clothing storage, an abundance of natural light, and room darkening curtain along with the addition of a 40″ TV.  
  
The kitchen space is fully stocked with the basic appliances and utensils/tools necessary for casual use. This includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stove top, fridge, freezer, oven and various implements. The kitchen also features a dinning table with rom for four.  
  
Behind this kitchen, you’ll find an in unit washer and dryer in a separate laundry room that leads to a modest and fully fenced backyard.
