"Hotel is very cool - in concept. EVERYTHING requires maintenance, refresh, replacement. I'd rather have way less "neat" and techno items, but the things there worked well. Beds and bedding were good. Rooms were very spacious. However, we paid ignificantly more for a suite with a sauna - sauna was disgustingly dirty. Fancy shower panel and it kept shorting out so and was so old/dirty. Electric curtains didnt work, multiple panels were completely broken, and the couch was disgusting: dirty...

"We were absolutely delighted with the hotel - the staff are very professional and friendly. The breakfast had a lovely range of items and catered for all dietary requirements. The roof area was open and we felt so lucky to have an area to see and watch the world go by on the river, and see the spectacular buildings from this vantage point. A quiet area but an easy ( if occasionally uphill!) walk to all the places we wanted to visit."

"Very helpful staff all round. Margaret took time to speak with us and made our 35th marriage anniversary special by sending us a surprise cake. The premises was great and cannot be faulted. "We stayed in a sea view suite, plenty of space and fantastic views of the Grand Harbour entrance. The shower was excellent and the room cleaning was done to a great standard. Breakfast was well organised with plenty of choices of food. The bar area was always popular in the evening and live entertainment was available on some evenings. The spa was a great bonus although the steam room and jacuzzi were not as warm as I would have liked. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "
