The space
NOTE: This property should not be considered for anyone who is unable to easily go up/down stairs.

The property is a duplex with shared stairs leading to entrances to two separate units; unit A is occupied by us friendly owners and our (mostly) friendly dogs, unit B is the Airbnb rental. For the Airbnb: there is space in the driveway to the left of the stairs to park 3 cars deep (for guests staying in or visiting unit B). The owners park in front of the stairway and to the right of the stairway in the driveway.

Your unit:

The first floor has a living room, dining area, 1 small deck (front), larger deck for outdoor living/dining (with an additional small yard pet potty area), kitchen, 1/2 bath and bedroom 3. The downstairs bedroom can be configured to have two Twin XL beds or one King bed - does not have a TV.

The second floor has two bedrooms each with a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom.
-Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and we can add either a chair that converts to a twin (if the occupants of that room do not want to share a bed) OR a desk to allow for an enclosed workspace for those who will be working from home while staying at the property. The bathroom in bedroom 2 has a small tub if needed for bathing children (not big enough for an adult to take a bath) - this bathroom has secondary access from the hall to allow for those staying in the downstairs bedroom to enter to shower without going through the bedroom.
-Master bedroom with a Cal-King bed, en-suite bathroom and a small deck.

Wi-fi and smart TV's in the living room and upstairs bedrooms allowing you to access your streaming services. TV in the living room and master have YouTube TV for access to regular TV.

The garage is set up as a common area lounge for the building with a ping pong table, cornhole & more. Also available in there for the use of the Airbnb guests; boogie boards, surfboards (1 longboard/2 shortboards), SUP board, 2 pickleball paddles/balls, 2 bikes, beach toys & towels & umbrella & chairs.

We charge a pet fee to cover extra cleaning we do after anyone stays with a pet, including having the sofa & rugs steam cleaned & treating the pet potty area for any odors.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit B 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo + the garage under it. Both the condo and the garage have keycode pads for keyless entry and self check-in to the property.
Other things to note
Your hosts are Amy & Marilee - we are best friends who live in unit A with Marilee's two dogs.....Monty the Basset Hound & Penny the Miniature Dachshund + and Amy's friendly teenage daughter (every other week). Marilee is an esthetician working out of her own beauty boutique in San Juan Capistrano and offers our guests a 20% discount on her products & services (skincarebymarilee - dotcom). Amy works from home in high tech sales.
