« The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations. »

« The house and outdoor patio are wonderful. There’s a lot of love and care by the owner and she’s also a wonderful person to talk with. Our family really liked the location being a few blocks from the beach but not right next to the pier or really busy areas. We even found a really nice long bike and running path along the beach going North to Dana Point. We’ll be back again next year for sure. »

« My husband and I love San Clemente. We come down on occasion to visit friends. This trip was focused on our puppy Sienna and getting her acclimated with our dog watcher/good friend. The condo was great! Loved the location, vibe, accessibility to beach, shops and restaurants. We were able to work from the unit and enjoy a bit of night life. And the evening sunset views from the balcony…wow! Oh, and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine in the unit. It was a great experience! »

« Great area, and many places within walking distance. Condo was nice and owner was super responsive. Sweet little patio below the condo. If you have a car low to the ground, just be cautious pulling in the driveway, have to turn at an angle so not to scrape the bottom but it’s doable. Shared laundry room with other residents which I didn’t realize but it worked out as well. We would certainly stay here again. »

« This was by far our best rental in the coastal cities in 5 years. Everything about this property was exceptional- the hostess was so kind and available. The garage spaces were so nice to have- very clean and easy to access. The unit itself was so incredibly clean- all of the items in it were very nice- not the typical cheap rental stuff- nice dishes and silverware, quiet dishwasher- full size refrigerator and soft, sturdy towels. Very short walking distance to beach and shops- the free trolley...

« Very roomy. All bedrooms are large. Living space very roomy. 3 bathrooms a definite plus. Laundry in unit is so convenient. 2 parking spots in gated parking is great considering general street parking is sparse. Wonderful ocean views. Some general maintenance needed. (the 4 in cleanliness is because the carpet needs to be cleaned) Otherwise a wonderful place to stay. »

« The communication and information provided for the property was detailed and fabulous. They provided a guide that you could download on your phone.The customer service was the best and we have stayed in quite a few rentals. It really is like staying at a friends house. « We love SoCal after living there for a bit. Was so fun to return and be close to all our favorite things. The place was perfect for our family of four and really close walk to the beach, San Clemente trail, and the pier. The property management was very responsive, we had the coffee maker fail and they had a new one there by the afternoon. Would definitely stay again! »

« Everything here was clean and well kept. The hot water faucet in the kitchen is difficult to get hot water from and we struggled with that some. They were quick to answer our need for supplies and the place was quiet. The only real problem, for anyone our age, is the no parking. Sometimes we had to walk farther than was comfortable for our age and conditions often up steep hill with grocery bags ugh. We survived and probably got stronger. But if you're fit, or trying to be, you will get good...

« Great apartment and perfect location. Apartment is very clean and has wonderful views....Would recommend! We did have an issue that required help from Vacasa. The gate on the garage door closed on our rental car and caused major damage. Vacasa was easily reached but never followed up with us after couple of calls and several texts. I just wished the follow up would of happened and at least show a little concern. »

"Une nuit colorée!!! Déco atypique et de bonne qualité. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Parking dans la rue. Il vous offre une bière dans le var au dessus, c’est très sympa. Pour les étrangers attention il faut un code à l’entrée et pour la chambre. L’hôtel a essayé de me joindre et de joindre expédia mais la connection via expédia ne s’est pas faite. J’ai donc appelé pour recevoir les informations par mail. La personne au téléphone était très sympa! Pour ceux qui ne parlent pas anglais ou qui n’ont pas de téléphone ça va être difficile pour recevoir les informations. Très bon rapport qualité prix"
