Room was clean, although I do recommend bringing your own towels (the ones provided are very dingy.) great location walking distance to everything and the staff was so nice! Wish the fire pit would’ve worked for us one night but still a great stay

The location is great! A short walk to downtown and along the main street. Rooms were a good size and clean. The staff we interacted with were very friendly, helpful, and professional! We would definitely return for another visit.

Excellent location. Office staff was amazing very helpful and polite. We did have issues with the sheets/pillowcases they had large stains that almost looked like an iron burned them. The sheets and towels were also grey not sure if by choice or just old.

Walkable to dozens of places to eat, with a trolly stop right outside if the walking is hard on you. Beach about 15 min walk, parking in ogunquit is tough so walkable is a huge benefit.

The bathtub was not draining and the water was not hot for showering. There were gnats in the sink. Beds were very comfortable. Heating and AC was sufficient Staff were very nice and accommodating. Coffee was only available after 8am. Location was very good. Parking in Ogunquit is not easy. Parking at the hotel was sufficient. Room with queen beds had both a fridge and microwave.

Room was great. Large, clean and comfortable and walking distance to down town. The only reason I have a 4 was because at first sight walking to my room the exterior is shabby and needs work. I honestly was afraid to see what the room looked like, BUT to my surprise room was great! Don’t judge a book by its cover. The staff was also great!

We have stayed at the Sea View Inn a few times, and were pleased with the new beds which are terrific. I think that the inn keepers are trying to make improvements little by little. The rooms are clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. It is within reasonable walking distance to the heart of the town (10 minutes).

Great, affordable option walking distance to all Ogunquit has to offer. The outside appeared a bit run down but our room was recently renovated and had far more amenities than the more expensive hotel we had stayed in the week prior. The walk to town is down busy Route 1 but there's a wide sidewalk and it's worth it not to have a car in the main part of town. The pool is small but clean with nice seating and a fire pit that wasn't in use while we were there but appeared to have comfortable seating. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and we could easily enjoy everything we wanted to do in Ogunquit and beyond. We had great meals right down the road at Brickyard Brewing and the Egg and I.

This was the third time I was staying at this hotel and I am always amazed how friendly and helpful the staff is. They are polite and flexible, main reason why I keep coming back. The location isn’t perfect (it’s quite a walk to the beach) but it’s good enough for me and my daughters. I would highly recommend. I am just surprised how expensive Ogunquit got.
