"The house has everything you need for a large group to have a comfortable stay. The grill had a little trouble, but worked after some tinkering. There’s also a full fifth bed not just the couch.The end of the Russian river float is right across the street which makes it very easy to not worry about parking your getaway car there!"

"we loved the location and the beauty of the trees and the quiet of the Forrest.There could be a couple of things you should check on:the dishwasher needs to be serviced .It did not rinse on the cycle fully and seemed to hold water after running a cycle; this happened once during our stayOne of the shower doors was off track(lower bedroom)The closet doors in the master bedroom did not close all the way. Thanks so much we had a great time"

"The home was lovely. Very welcoming and comfortable. The sense of peaceful openness and serene surroundings were what we were looking for and we found it here! We fortunately had a smaller vehicle ... the streets to the house are quite narrow. "
"Stayed at the property for a few days during a vacation through Northern California. The property was perfect for my family and a perfect hub for exploring the surrounding area. The host was amazing and even provided bins of toys for our child to use while there. If I return to the area I hope this property is available for another stay."

"Great accommodations and convenient location to Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, etc. Impeccably clean and completely remodeled. Nice outdoor area with grill, fire pit, ping pong table and seating for end of day chilling. All kitchen amenities including coffee for am wake-up. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Road up to house is a bit gnarly the first time up before you get your bearings. All check in information available a day in advance. Would definitely be back for another stay."
