I hesitate to give a good review because I don't want the word to get out and ruin a good thing ;) I felt like I could move in....there are 6 units total, 3 upper/3 lower, so watch the listing if you have mobility issues as to which unit you are booking if you can't or don't want to navigate stairs.We had a small issue with the Wifi SSID and password being incorrect that took some time to correct with the property manager. « We rented this house for our family of 12 & it worked well for all.Everone loved having their own bathroom & the kids enjoyed the backyard & basement area to play. It was very clean when we arrived & that is important to us.Randy was quick to respond by text or email with any questions. He even had someone drop off firewood for us when there wasn't enough.It is too bad that the owners' pool isn't available up top for a quick swim since the resort below charges way too much for the pool area...

« This place is perfect place to stay when visiting Peek n Peak! It has all of the needed amenities that a family could need. Even though it’s a one bedroom loft, it has 2 beds upstairs that we thought we very comfortable. The owner is extremely responsive and helped us get right back in when I left my coat after we checked out. »

« Andrew’s home was perfect for several families attending a wedding at the Peek. Beds were comfortable, home was clean and adequately stocked. The only issues we had was that it was much colder on the lower level than the 2nd and 3rd level, and the grill was really dirty so it took some time to clean it before we used it. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking the beautiful view of the golf course. Overall, great stay! »

« I can't say enough wonderful comments on our Peek N' Peak stay in Clymer, NY. First and foremost, the communication with the owner is beyond fantastic. No matter how many questions I asked, he responded immediately and was kind enough to help us fulfill a request. Over and beyond helpful. The place, itself, is immaculate and roomier than the pictures depict. Kitchen was nicely fully stocked, beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms immaculate as well. Especially happy with the location...
